Free Warm Up Exercise! Free Download Available!

Difficulty

Rating: 2 out of 5.

Warm up exercises are great for working on technique and getting sticking patterns under your belt. I would always recommend a practice pad for warming up! This exercise is the perfect warm up for drummers on practice pad as it works on right hand lead and left hand lead as well as single, double, triple and quadruple strokes. Click on the video to see slow and fast versions. I’d recommend using a metronome and staring off at 60bpm and working up in increments of 5bpm until you reach the goal of 120bpm.
